Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customers visit, complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customers visit.

  • You will develop proposals which fit for customers’ true needs and requirements, lead tendering and proposal offering process by properly distributing tasks and work packages to concerned parties, preparing all costs properly and providing competitive price, considering global market price.

  • You will define technical solutions together with concerned parties and perform on-site investigation if needed; clarify scope and share of supply, develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels.

  • You will create a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations, maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs.

  • You will develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or above.

  • You should be more curious, GRIT and Omotenashi spirit.

  • Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
