Sales Support (Fixed-Term 12–16 Months)

This is a 12–16 month fixed-term contract position to support the team during a maternity leave.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will support the preparation of bids/estimates/quotations by gathering required information and assisting in documentation.

  • You will coordinate and support the preparation of technical and commercial inputs required for bids/quotations.

  • You will support sales activities by preparing customer proposals and assisting communication on commercial terms

  • Supports marketing activities and preparation of customer-facing materials

  • You will assist in ensuring timely preparation of inputs and coordination with internal/external stakeholders

  • You will support account management activities and maintain communication with customers under guidance of Sales Managers

  • You will maintain and update bid/quotation records and support basic reporting activities

  • You will assist in collecting and organizing technical and cost information required for proposal preparation

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any equivalent qualification.

  • Entry-level candidates are also welcome. Candidates with experience in B2B sales or B2B sales support roles will be preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
