The opportunity


Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, performance management, and training.

  • Manage and optimize warehouse layouts and processes for improved efficiency and space utilization.

  • Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies.

  • Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including regular safety training and inspections.

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.

  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets.

  • Responsible on the accuracy of all warehouse steps and transaction in SAP system

  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and possess relevant certifications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff.

  • ​Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
