Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1.You will perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of complex Hitachi distribution transformers.
2.You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with hardware and software components, utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
3.You will conduct routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and calibrations to ensure system reliability and longevity.
4.You will provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
5.You will document all service activities, including detailed reports on installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
6.You will collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
7.You will adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and customer site requirements.
8.You will participate in on-call rotations and travel extensively to various customer locations as required.
9.You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
2.2+ years of experience in field service engineering, preferably with industrial automation, robotics, or complex machinery.
3.Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
4.Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex technical problems independently.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
6.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse environments.
8.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
