Project Engineering entry level

The opportunity

As an entry-level Project Engineer at Hitachi Energy Technology Services, you will contribute to the successful execution of energy projects by providing technical support, assisting with project planning, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety protocols. How you’ll make an impact

• Assist senior engineers and project managers in the planning, design, and execution of various energy projects.

• Support the development and review of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.

• Participate in site visits and inspections, observing construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Help prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

• Learn and apply company engineering standards, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying potential solutions.

• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Strong academic record with a foundational understanding of engineering principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with 3D CAD software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
