Senior Application Support Analyst (SQL and Azure)

The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These are cloud-based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit. 

We are seeking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona.

How you will make an impact

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.

• Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.

• Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.

• Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.

• Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care  of new functionality as required

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.

• Experience working in applications using MS SQL. 

• Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
