Join Hitachi Energy as a Sales Supervisor and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact

  • You will set clear sales targets, monitor segment performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of KPIs.

  • You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share, identify new business opportunities, and penetrate new customer segments within Taiwan.

  • You will collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies and customer needs.

  • You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions that demonstrate value.

  • You will prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and recommending actionable insights.

  • You will negotiate and close significant deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies within the organization.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture role, ideally within a large enterprise technology company.

  • Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences, from technical experts to executive stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to travel frequently to customer sites and company events as required (up to 50%).
