The opportunity

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and support our Swiss market. In this role, you’ll work closely local stakeholders and colleagues to attract top talent, drive local initiatives, and elevate candidate experience. How you’ll make an impact

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the Swiss Market across multiple functions and Business Units

  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions

  • Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

  • Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives

Your background

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in a similar role ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

  • Good understanding of Swiss labor market is mandatory

  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools

  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue)

  • Passionate about people, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results
