Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will classify and organize all qualification documents used by the sales department for bidding.
2. You will organize and improve the Sales Reference List Assist sales in completing the filling and approval of various paper application forms.
3. You will develop a visual bidding process manual based on the bidding process requirements of each bidding platform.
4. You will assist sales personnel in completing a series of tasks related to customer reception, such as booking traffic car, booking hotel, booking restaurants, booking conference room, preparing meeting documents, assisting in meetings, guiding and accompanying customers, and leading customers to visit factories. Other miscellaneous work to assist sales.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You can be pursuing or qualified in any bachelor's degree.
2. Basic Office software application skills.
3. Good communication skills, ability to identify and solve problems.
4. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
