How you’ll make an impact

1. You will contribute to new product development and maintain global product technical support for global technology centers for wet capacitors.

2. You will be capable of making proposal for insulation materials and design, also will be capable of conducting design reviews including DFMA/FMEA.

3. You will be capable of conducting RCA and supporting quality relevant tasks also will be capable of providing dielectric knowledge / technical solutions for capacitors. The oilpaper-based insulation experience / material analysis is a plus.

4. You will be capable of supporting cost-optimal high-quality design in direct collaboration with SCM and suppliers.

5. You will maintain the design, plan, and execute the development test and type test for the capacitor also will prepare high-quality documents for design outputs.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a Master's or above degree in electrical engineering, dielectric material background is preferred.

2. Experience (3-5 years) in insulation design from the electrical power industry or the design of high-voltage products is preferred. The oilpaper-based insulation experience / material analysis is a plus.

3. Excellent learning ability is required with self-motivated, innovative, structured, and systematic thinking.

4. Strong result-driven, high-quality, and high-speed player, good Team cooperation and communication.

5. Project management (PMP) experience is preferred and PLM/SAP knowledge is preferred.

6. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
