Manufacturing Production Worker

Responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely, adhering to Hitachi's standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Assemble, inspect, and package products ensuring quality standards are met.
* Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations or defects.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles.
* Load and unload materials and products, potentially using material handling equipment.
* Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and work instructions.
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors or maintenance.
* Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
* Record production data and complete necessary documentation accurately.

Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
* Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation are a plus.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety.
