PMO Lead - Legal & Integrity Operations 80 – 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity

We are looking for a PMO Lead who helps teams move faster, stay focused, and make better decisions. This role supports the Legal & Integrity transformation portfolio by bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to important initiatives.

You will work closely with Legal, Integrity, Legal Operations Service Center, Legal Tech Lead, IS, AI teams, and external partners. Your job is to turn business needs into clear plans, connect the right people, and help initiatives land with measurable impact.

The PMO is not an administrative control function. It is a lean enablement function that helps teams execute well, remove blockers, and keep leadership informed.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Keep one clear view of the transformation portfolio, including priorities, milestones, risks, and decisions

  • Help teams define simple plans with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria

  • Track progress, spot blockers early, and drive follow-through on actions and commitments

  • Prepare decision-ready updates for leadership, steering committees, and portfolio governance forums

  • Translate legal and operational needs into structured business and technical requirements

  • Act as a bridge between Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, AI teams, and vendors.

  • Support AI and legal tech initiatives by helping define use-cases, scope, requirements, and measurable outcomes

  • Use modern tools such as Microsoft 365, Loop, Power BI, and Copilot to reduce manual work and improve visibility

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, project management, or a related field and equivalent practical experience

  • Approximately 5–10 years’ experience in a multinational environment

  • Strong experience in project, program, or portfolio management

  • A practical, outcome-focused mindset and the ability to turn strategy into execution

  • Good business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem framing

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, technical teams, and external partners

  • Strong communication skills, especially the ability to simplify complex topics

  • Comfort working across business and technology teams

  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Loop, Copilot or similar collaboration and reporting tools

  • Interest in using AI to improve delivery, reporting, and ways of working

  • Fluency in English (communication with stakeholders on senior/executive levels)
