After-sales service supervisor

Mission statement: 

Understand where problems occur in the field and provide effective solutions. Data analysis and join quality improvement project to improve customer satisfaction. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Field Service Engineering work will be focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including, Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. 

• You will be researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.  

• You will be developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.  

• You will resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.  

• You will be managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals and problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Your background:  

• Bachelor's in mechanical or related engineering.

• Having suppler audit experience is a plus.   

• Experience in leading a small team of engineers and good coaching skills.

• Strong team-work capability and Good self-learning and sharing. 

• Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred. 

• Good communication skills with customers and suppliers.
