Quality Control Engineer (Manufacturing Quality Assurance Experienced Professional)

Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes: Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Inprocess Quality Control - by carrying out Quality Patrolling to ensure we follow the process parametres defined in Work/Process Instructions,
• Recording the Nonconformties in case of any deviation, prepare CAPA, use of A3, Fishbone or any other 7 QC tools,
• Oil Testing and recording
• Test Failure analysis and feedback to process
• Calibration of measuring and monitoring devices
• Workman skill matrix and training of operators
• Driving digital passport system,
• Coordiate with cross functions to close any deviations in the manufacturing process and continuously improve product quality

Background

• BE/Diploma Electrical/E&E
• 3+ years of experience Quality control
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
