Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead the R&D project for HV circuit breaker and switchgear development under the product development workflow.
  • You will drive the project R&D team and ensure coordination of timeline, resource, budget, implementation and risk mgt.
  • You will prepare R&D project documents (timeline, instructions, resource plan, development report, etc.)
  • You will be regularly report and clarification for key status of project to STECO members.
  • You will integrate different functions and roles during the R&D product development through given timeline.

Your background:

  • Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.
  • Required 3-5 years or above work experience as R&D project manager.
  • Solid knowledge on project management workflow and methods as well as tools.
  • Basic technical knowledge on product development includes (but not limited to) mechanical, dielectric, materials and cost aspects.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed execution.
  • Good oral, writing, listening English preferred.
