Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • You will drive and implement APQA for supplier according to HUB working plan.

  • You will involve in supplier on-site audit.

  • You will lead supplier FAI for outsourced components or process in for projects and coordinate the completement external FAI with client.

  • You will be responsible for disposal supplier NCR and close with solid evidence in SAP.

  • You will establish the incoming inspection plan and specification for all components with feasible sampling plan, inspection tools and approach. 

  • You will participate the investigation of quality issue caused by supplier. Push and track supplier in solving quality problems with 8D on time and verify the effectiveness of actions following PDCA.

Your background:

  • You hold full-time bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Experience in quality control working experience for supplier quality is preferred,

  • Knowledge on quality tools, 6 Sigma, FMEA, APQP and PPAP.

  • Passed the computer Level 2 examination.

  • Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp -up.

  • Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.

  • Willing for frequency travelling.

  • English as working language and Passed CET-4.

  • Good communication and team player and willing to learn and improve, result-orientated and high responsibility on tasks.
