Product Support Team Leader

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for people management and technical management, synergistic teamwork with other 3 teams’ responsibilities including sales technical support, project engineering and new product, timely supports on other department’s requests, team’s responsibilities including.

• You will be involved in standard drawings, 3d modeling and BOM, standard engineering configurations, change management and ERP data system, product cost maintenance, product documents management, incl. product manual, standard parameter etc.

• You will support new product introduction with TOP, important CCRP root reason analysis and solution.

• You will be responsible for type tests, verification tests, and research or reproduce tests for CCRP and supporting customer FAT (factory test outline, etc.).

• You will support financial analysis of cost deviation and solve product quality deviation on time in production line.

• You will be responsible for SIR tech parameters compiling and involved in C3 materials localization and approval process.

• You will support for WI, IP compiling and maintenance, IRRD and BOM change request and support the management and processing of purchasing materials (slow moving materials, alternative materials handling advice, cooperating with production, technology and purchasing related materials handling issues).

Your background:

• You hold bachelor's degree or above.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience.

• Experience in mechanical or Electrical related major; Circuit Breaker, Gas insulated switchgear such as GIS, HGIS is plus.

• Fluent in English writing & speaking.
