Data Specialist for SCADA power systems

As a Data Specialist you will be a member of a team of engineers passionate about changing the world.  We are supporting our customer to energized millions of houses around the world. In this position, you will be modeling power systems data bases, developing operators displays. As a part of Cracow Technology Center, you will have access to the latest technological innovations. Your everyday work will have an impact on the world.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting our customers in the process of modeling database for power SCADA systems.
• Developing technical documentation.
• Collaborate in an international environment to support our clients.
• Developing operator displays in according with global standards.
• Preparation of database upgrade scripts.
• National and international travel may be required.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in computer science, information sciences or a related field,
• Understanding of RDBMS, especially Oracle and SQL Server,
• Knowledge of Oracle development environment SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, UNIX shell scripting,
• Data modelling and validation skills,
• Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power System will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Utility SCADA will be a plus.
