How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for sample inspection and material quality control.

2. You will be responsible for material quality issue analysis and push the supplier for quality improvement.

3. You will create and update material inspection plan in SAP system.

4. You will be responsible for quality problem handling in production.

5. You will be supporting supplier performance statistic and analysis.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in the high-voltage electrical industry or more than 5 years of quality management experience in automotive enterprises.

3. Familiar with the quality management system and related standards, familiar with the three major system certifications (ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational health and Safety Management System, etc.).

4. Qualifications of internal/external auditors in electrical enterprises or related industries. Those with management experience in automotive industry quality management systems such as IATF 16949, or quality management work experience in Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises are preferred.

5. Rich experience in incoming goods inspection, proficient in various inspection tools and methods, capable of skillfully using various measuring tools and inspection equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coating inspection devices, roughness testers, three-coordinate measuring machines, withstand voltage testers, ground resistance testers, etc. Candidates with inspection experience in the electrical industry are preferred.

6. Proficient in using the five major tools of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC, as well as the 8D and seven QC tools to solve quality problems. Possess data analysis capabilities, be able to apply statistical methods to analyze and process quality data, identify quality issues, and propose improvement measures.

7. Strong independent problem-solving ability and adaptability, capable of promptly handling incoming goods quality issues. Effectively promote thorough improvement of suppliers. Proficient in using office software and the QM module of SAP system.

8. Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effectively communicating with suppliers and internal departments.
