How you’ll make an impact

1. You will act as finance business partner to Japan LSU controllers and support on daily operational controlling activities, perform the analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast.

2. You will support the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, etc and collaborate and work with local controlling units together, to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance.

3. You will support the process optimization and standardization, implement internal controls and related coordination tasks and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

4. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

5. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.

2. Depth knowledge and 3+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing company.

3. Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools with strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities.

4. Fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure.

6. Fluent English skill.
