The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
 
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you’ll make an impact

1.Collect, verify, and consolidate sales data; prepare regular sales reports and provide data insights to support business decisions.
2.Manage sales order entry, tracking, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
3.Handle daily sales operational and administrative activities, including document management, meeting coordination, and information administration.
4.Identify process improvement opportunities, optimize operational workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
5.Commercial Readiness: Align commercial preparation with the MCD product deployment.
6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or energy sector.
3.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
8.Knowledge of international trade and logistics processes is a plus.
9.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
