Position: SCM Digital Specialist
Location: Krakow / Poland (hybrid/remote)
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the deployment of SCM digital systems (e.g., SAP, CELONIS), Power BI, AI, and cloud-based platforms.
- Analyze SCM workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve delivery cycle times.
- Monitor digital initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs such as cost savings and open PO status.
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and data governance.
- Conduct workshops and provide support to upskill teams on new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards (e.g., GDPR) and promote sustainable practices.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain roles with a focus on digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, CELONIS).
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications, cloud platforms, and blockchain technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in vendor management.
