Position: SCM Digital Specialist

Location: Krakow / Poland (hybrid/remote)
 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the deployment of SCM digital systems (e.g., SAP, CELONIS), Power BI, AI, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Analyze SCM workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve delivery cycle times.
  • Monitor digital initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop dashboards to track KPIs such as cost savings and open PO status.
  • Collaborate with IT, procurement, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and data governance.
  • Conduct workshops and provide support to upskill teams on new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards (e.g., GDPR) and promote sustainable practices.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain roles with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, CELONIS).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications, cloud platforms, and blockchain technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in vendor management.
