Team Lead Sales 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead, Sales to join our dynamic team at Hitachi, Ltd. In this role, you will lead a group of talented sales professionals, drive performance, and play a key part in achieving ambitious sales targets. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth

  • Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast results, and provide regular performance reports to management

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to give feedback, identify training needs, and support professional development

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to generate new business opportunities

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine strategies

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members


Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to travel as required
