Manufacturing Production Worker 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity

In this role, you work directly within the production environment and contribute to the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our products. You operate and support modern production equipment, follow established processes, and ensure that production targets related to quality, schedule, cost, and waste are consistently met. Through your experience and structured working style, you help maintain stable and reliable manufacturing operations.

How you'll make an impact

  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment used in machining, processing, assembly, or packaging

  • Produce products according to production specifications, schedules, and quality standards

  • Move, sort, and package raw materials and finished goods within the production area

  • Monitor product quality and identify, segregate, or rework non-conforming products

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and support troubleshooting of routine equipment issues

  • Maintain accurate daily production records to support performance analysis

  • Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the production environment

Your background

  • Completed vocational training or relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment, and standard operating procedures

  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established instructions

  • Structured, reliable, and quality-focused working style

  • Ability to identify and resolve routine issues, with occasional interpretation of standard procedures

  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English
