Weekend shift Maintenance Technician - 5:00pm - 5:00am - Bland, VA.

As an Operations Support Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and improve performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals.
  • Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.
  • Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.
  • Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems.
  • Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments.
Your Background
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with SAP.
  • HVAC and welding experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S) is a plus.
