IT Business Analyst SFDC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple global Salesforce initiatives within a complex, integrated enterprise environment. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into clear, high‑quality requirements and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with global IT teams and vendor partners.

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis and requirements management
• Translate complex needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and guide vendor Business Analysts
• Participate in UAT planning, solution validation, and functional acceptance
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, including SAP, MuleSoft, eCommerce platforms, Conga, and related systems
• Ability to assess impacts, validate data flows, and challenge solution designs

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
• Proven experience in Salesforce programs and multi‑system integrations
• Experience working in global, multi‑vendor delivery models
• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with process‑mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart)
• UAT and cross‑platform testing experience
