HR Business Partner (Temporary)

The opportunity

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (fixed-term, project role) to support a global project focused on skills, job architecture, and change management. You will work with global teams and local stakeholders to deliver HR project and operational support.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Support global HR projects (skills, job profiles and architecture, job descriptions).
  • Contribute to development plans analysis.
  • Coordinate Labor Relations alignment and communication across countries.
  • Support HR data implementation 
  • Track and report project progress.
  • Provide HRBP support to Digital Core team
  • Support key global HR processes 

Your Background:

  • 5+ years in HRBP or HR projects in a matrix environment.
  • Strong HR knowledge and understanding of labor law.
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with HR data.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday / HiNext).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English; Polish required.
  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
