Internship in Project Management 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity


Join a collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement. In this role, you will support operational excellence and learn how a production unit works. You will gain hands-on experience with data visualization, process optimization, and project support.  The duration of the internship is 6 - 12 months.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Visualize project and financial status using Visual Basic and Power BI

  • Prepare and present KPI analyses during area meetings

  • Find new ways to optimize information flow between different departments with PowerApps

  • Identify efficiency improvements using lean principles

  • Connect departments and optimize processes for better collaboration

  • Assist project managers with documentation during peak periods

  • Take on additional tasks aligned with your development goals


Your background

  • Enrolled or completed Masters or Bachelors degree in a technical field

  • Interest in data collection, processes, and production environments

  • Basic knowledge of Visual Basic, Excel, Power BI/ PowerApps (or willingness to learn)

  • Good English skills, both, written and spoken

  • Open-minded and proactive personality
