Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets, focusing on HMAX Energy and Portfolio Expansion including M&A, Digital etc.
2. You will develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives
3. You will build and maintain strong relationships with front-end sales teams and customers
4. You will understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-added solutions
5. You will conduct market research to track industry trends and assess the competitive landscape
6. You will meet and exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on performance and activities
7. You will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive execution
8. You will Represent Hitachi Energy with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
9. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management, Bids & Proposals, or Business Development. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
3. Proven ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams
4. Self-motivated with a strategic, results-oriented mindset
5. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50%
