Project Manager GIS High Voltage 80 – 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Lead complex international projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project handover through engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final delivery

  • Take ownership of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Build trusted partnerships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout project delivery

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and service functions worldwide

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project success

  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives while guiding the team through challenges and change

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts, claims, forecasting, and financial performance

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the development of project management excellence within the organization

Your background 

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Several years of experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environment 

  • Experience within GIS, substations, power transmission, energy infrastructure, or similar industries is highly valued

  • Being able to drive project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagement

  • Business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and contracts

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully navigate complex, multicultural project environments

  • Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential

  • Fluent in English, additional languages such as French, Italian or German are a plus

  • An organized, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and delivering value to customers
