I have the privilege, and I am very proud, to lead the Latin American cluster as Country Managing Director. In my contact with customers I inform them about the vast power grids solutions we offer, to improve access to electricity.

I also feel proud being given the chance to be invited to be a speaker in several seminars and customer events where I talk about mega tendencies such as distributed energy, renewables, e-mobility, digitalization, and others that help to reduce decarbonization.Through these opportunities, I get to share what we do as a company to support these megatrends.

I am inspired to be part of this great organization because it is deeply involved in continuously developing key technologies that help the society to get energy efficiency and be friendly with the environment. Apart from being a technology leader, Hitachi ABB Power Grids also allows us to experience dealing with people from different countries, which enriches the discussion and allows us to truly lead the business through collaboration.

Coming together with Hitachi, means joining of two giants and technology leaders with complementary synergies and mutual leveraging on each one’s strengths -- reconversion of generation and transmission, financing large project capabilities (Hitachi), and the undisputed global leadership of PG in industry and digital solutions.
