How You´ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and lead project planning and execution meetings, tracking progress and reporting updates to the organization.
  • Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities to protect the company and improve project outcomes.
  • Oversee engineering activities, assembly work, testing, and commissioning to ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across different divisions to guarantee projects are delivered as contracted.
  • Negotiate additional work and claims with customers, suppliers, and contractors to enhance business volume and margins.
  • Monitor and control procurement of materials and services for projects.
  • Manage project budgets to ensure expected profitability and deliver financial and cost reports.
  • Track costs, scope, forecasts, cash flow, and accounts receivable to ensure deliverables are met within budget.
  • Manage communications with customers, internal teams, auditors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Oversee document approval processes with customers to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and project proposals.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or similar).
  • Experience with financial tools and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects, finance, and cost management.
  • Demonstrated skills in people management, customer focus, and innovation.
  • Understanding of quality, environmental, energy, and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001).
