The opportunity:

Ensure reliable LMS operations, data quality and efficient training administration to support global TrafoSchool programs and scalability.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Create and maintain courses, curricula, events, sessions and catalogs in Cornerstone.

  • Manage enrollments, assignments, certifications, waitlists and communications. Apply TrafoSchool SOPs for content publishing and readiness.

  • Maintain metadata standards and execute periodic audits/cleanup. Prepare operational reports and support Power BI dashboards with accurate LMS data.

  • Serve as first-line support for HETMs, trainers and learners; triage and resolve issues. Coordinate with IT/Global LMS teams for escalations and enhancements.

  • Collaborate on Power Automate workflows; identify and remediate recurring issues. Contribute to process simplification and cycle-time reduction.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design, Multimedia/Graphic Design, Engineering or related field.

  • 3–5 years of LMS administration experience (Cornerstone preferred). Strong attention to detail, process discipline and data accuracy.

  • Experience with reporting and basic BI concepts. Service orientation and clear communication.

  • Data governance and accuracy and Operational rigor and SLA discipline.

  • Problem solving and collaboration and Customer service mindset.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
