Responsible for incoming material inspection, ensuring that all materials entering the workshop meet the company's product requirements. 
  • Strictly and correctly implementing material inspection standards, operation guidance, and related work procedures, effectively intercepting problematic materials.

  • Record inspection results, issue reports on quality issues, provide feedback on quality problems discovered during incoming material inspection, and push the incoming quality engineers to improve material quality.

  • Continuously improve the material inspection plan with the incoming quality engineers.

  • Special material inspection or analytical measurement work required for R&D projects, product validation projects, etc;

  • Assist the procurement quality engineer in carrying out on-site inspections of key materials or key projects;

  • Responsible for 5S management in the incoming inspection area, daily management and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment, gauges and inspection jig;

Other tasks assigned by department heads and quality department manager.

Min. Education

  • Secondary technical diploma or above in material, mechanical or electric engineering or relevant majors

Working Experience

  • At least 2 years inspection experience in IQC

  • Electrical or mechanical industry inspection work experience is preferred

Functional Knowledge/Skill

  • Know the quality requirement

  • Know well the inspection tools

  • Know well the IQC process

Language Skill

  • Simple English reading and writing

Personality

  • Earnest, conscientious and teamwork

  • Good communication skill
