Service Project/ Junior Business Controller (f/m/d)

The Opportunity

As a Service Project / Junior Business Controller, you will act as a key finance partner to service operations across Switzerland and Germany. You will support financial steering across the full lifecycle - from planning and forecasting to project execution and performance analysis - while gaining hands-on exposure to operational and project controlling in an international environment.

You will work closely with experienced controllers, project managers, and service managers, contributing to financial transparency, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

  • Support financial management for Service units in Switzerland and Germany
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key deviations and drivers
  • Contribute to project controlling activities (cost tracking, margin analysis)
  • Partner with Project and Service Managers on financial and commercial topics
  • Contribute to project controlling activities (cost tracking, margin analysis, risk monitoring)
  • Support project reviews, including identification of risks and opportunities
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines and financial standards (e.g. IFRS)
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives


Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • First experience in controlling, finance, or similar (internships included)
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in business operations
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA is a plus) and strong Excel skills
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in an international environment
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
