Manufacturing Production Workers Experienced Para-Professional

Your responsibilities:

  • You will conduct production operations in accordance with relevant requirements such as production operation instructions and process documents to ensure the quality of assembled products and complete production tasks on time according to production plans, ensure production efficiency, be responsible for product quality and labor safety.
  • You will strictly abide by the company's safety rules and regulations, equipment operating procedures, other relevant systems, wear protective equipment as required and earnestly participate in various post training and obtain corresponding qualification certificates.
  • If problems are found with parts, drawings, assembly, or equipment during work, relevant personnel will be promptly notified to take corrective and preventive measures.
  • You will share knowledge and experience with colleagues, honest, serious, responsible and team work to jointly improve product production quality.
  • You will adhere to the implementation of "5S" activities, create and maintain a good working environment and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Your background:

  • You hold technical secondary schools and technical schools for science and engineering majors.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in production and operation. 
  • Good coordination and communication skills, basic knowledge of bench work and electrician maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality, environment, and safety related to the job.
  • Good health, careful and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, with a good sense of teamwork, safety and strong learning ability.
  • Fluent Mandarin and good communication skills.

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis An Experienced Para-Professional (S2) requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: Works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
