Nippon Kenko Kaigi

The Nippon Kenko Kaigi is an organization that takes practical community- and workplace-based actions, through collaboration with private organizations and with full administrative support, to extend the healthy lifespan of each individual and provide appropriate medical care in Japan as the country faces a drastically aging society and declining birthrate. The organization aims to encourage local governments and private organizations (e.g., commercial organizations, medical organizations, and insurers) to work together to achieve concrete measures in workplaces and communities to overcome health-related challenges.

This year marks the eight Nippon Kenko Kaigi Productivity Management Organizations Recognition Program. A total of 2,988 organizations under the large enterprise category, and 16,733 organizations under the SME category were recognized at the 2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program.

Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program

The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program is a program established by METI in FY2016 that highlights outstanding large enterprises and SMEs implementing health and productivity management and thereby aims to develop an environment in which such enterprises can gain enhanced recognition, e.g., from employees, employment seekers, related enterprises and financial institutions.
