At Hitachi Energy, we are committed to helping you recognize genuine opportunities and avoid recruitment fraud so you can conduct your job search with confidence.

Recognizing recruitment fraud and prevention tips

HR(human resources) technology.Online and modern technologies for simplifying the human resources system.Human resource manager checks the CV online to choose the perfect employee for his business.
Too good to be true job postings or offers
Fraudsters may post fake jobs on reputable sites or give job offers that appear to represent Hitachi Energy. These postings might seem vague and offer high salaries while requiring little to no experience. Take your time verifying the source before applying - confirm the position you are being contacted for exists on hitachienergy.com/careers.
Payment requests
Fraudsters may request application fees, or fees for training, equipment, background checks, etc. We never ask for any payment as part of our hiring process. Never send out sensitive personal or financial information to unverified contacts.
Fake forms or suspicious attachments
Fraudsters may send you fake documents to complete or emails with suspicious links or attachments that attempt to install malicious software or collect personal information. Fraudsters may ask for unexpected or sensitive information like bank account details. You can expect to receive no such requests for personal information from Hitachi Energy prior to receiving a formal offer.
Suspicious emails and impersonations
Fraudsters may contact you with opportunities using unprofessional language, grammatical errors, and/or from unofficial domains. They may also impersonate our employees with convincing replicas of their profiles and offer additional recruitment ‘services’ that deviate from a typical hiring process.
