Technical Support Engineer

The opportunity

Be part of Network Control, a team within Enterprise Software that delivers world-class network management systems for utilities and power companies. You will support customers using Network Manager, our SCADA/EMS/GMS platform, ensuring their systems run smoothly in production. How you'll make an impact

  • Provide first-line support to customers using Network Manager.
  • Manage and resolve incoming support requests from utility and power companies.
  • Support planned and unplanned outage management processes.
  • Assist customers with SCADA, EMS, and GMS systems in live production environments.
  • Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
     

Your background

  • Experience in technical support or a similar engineering role.
  • Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, or GMS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
