Join our team in Monteggio as a Project Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of project management. This one-year internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to order handling, budgeting, and documentation processes while working closely with experienced professionals.
Tasks
Assist in order handling procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
Contribute to budgeting activities by gathering relevant data and supporting financial analysis.
Manage documentation processes, ensuring that records are organized and accessible.
Collaborate with team members to streamline project workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with SAP.
Preferable educational background in economics, project management or related fields.
Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is a must. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
