Hitachi Energy has been leading the development, manufacturing, and supply of dry-type transformers for more than 40 years - with path-leading technological innovation. Hitachi Energy offers a full range of dry-type transformers with primary voltages of 72.5 kV built according to all major standards, including IEC and ANSI.
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to champion the growth of our transformer business. You'll play a key role in crafting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive sales performance. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities
Create winning sales plans, and collaborate with local teams to achieve ambitious goals
Track trends, identify opportunities, and propose adjustments to keep us ahead of the curve
Partner with local sales and key clients to craft the perfect solutions that meet their needs and budget
Define winning pricing strategies that maximize volume, mix, and profitability
Secure complex agreements and frame contracts, sealing the deal on major wins
Collaborate with marketing to craft impactful campaigns that drive sales
Your background
5+ years of sales experience
A background in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus, but strong problem-solving skills are key
The ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely so that customers feel informed and confident
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and experience with SAP or other ERP tools is a bonus
English is essential, and fluency in Italian
