Electrical Technician 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

As an Electrical Technician, you will be a key player in the development and testing of innovative products. Your role ensures precise test execution, lab efficiency, and compliance with safety standards while supporting engineers and scientists in advancing R&D projects.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure accurate and reliable testing: Execute standardized and custom test procedures, analyze results, and document findings

  • Support laboratory operations: Maintain an organized, well-functioning lab environment by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

  • Enforce compliance & safety: Adhere to and uphold all laboratory safety regulations and enforce best practices among team members

  • Collaborate with R&D teams: Work closely with engineers and scientists to develop, refine, and optimize testing methodologies

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues: Detect irregular test results, troubleshoot equipment problems, and implement corrective actions

  • Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to process optimizations, efficiency improvements, and best practice standardization in the lab

  • Document and report findings: Maintain precise and up-to-date test records, generate reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders

Your Background

  • Technical or vocational education in a relevant field (e.g., Electrician, Automation technician)

  • Hands-on experience in laboratory testing within an R&D or technical environment

  • Proficiency in handling lab equipment (measurement, testing, and analytical tools)

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and validate test results

  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities for managing multiple tasks

  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and document test findings systematically

  • Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus
