The opportunity:

Support business decision-making through structured market intelligence, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The Analyst will partner closely with factory, business units, and central Marketing & Sales (M&S) teams to analyze market dynamics, competitor performance, and financial data, enabling effective target setting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role plays a key part in strengthening a data-driven culture across the organization.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Analyze market trends, historical performance, and growth drivers to build reliable forecasts and outlooks. Support annual and mid-term planning cycles by providing demand projections and scenario analysis. Translate market insights into actionable inputs for factory planning and business strategy.

  • Collect and analyze competitor data related to pricing, market share, product positioning, and regional trends. Develop structured competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions and commercial effectiveness. Monitor competitor movements and highlight risks and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Support factory and BU target setting aligned with market potential and strategic goals. Assist in budgeting activities by analyzing historical performance, trends, and forecast assumptions. Ensure alignment between market outlooks, financial targets, and operational plans.

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and other business databases). Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using Power BI and Excel. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support management requests across regions, products, or customer segments.

  • Act as a key analytical contact for factory teams, Business Units, and the central M&S organization. Ensure consistency of data, assumptions, and methodologies across different stakeholders. Support alignment between commercial, operational, and financial perspectives.

  • Ensure high data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting tools and analyses. Apply basic statistical techniques to interpret data and validate assumptions. Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis tools, processes, and reporting standards.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within a commercial, market intelligence, or operations environment.

  • Working knowledge of: Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, or similar enterprise systems, Power BI, MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)

  • Basic statistical knowledge, such as trend analysis, correlations, regression basics, and descriptive statistics.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into clear business insights. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
