Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will provide commercial and technical support to sales timely and effectively and provide commercial and technical quotations.
2. You will responsible for the preparation of bidding documents and cooperation in bidding also prepare contract text and review commercial contract terms.
3. You will complete the company's internal approval process (technical + commercial) and ensure the order is transferred to the project manager .
4. You will coordinate internal supporting function, especially engineering, SCM and master planning to respond to project cost and delivery capacity.
5. You will perform other business related duties according to business requirements.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or electrical/automatic control/mechanical.
2. More than 5 years of work experience, minimum 2 years of tender quotation experience.
3. Proficient in computer skill, MS-Office software.
4. Understand general financial knowledge.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, striving to overcome difficult tasks and accept challenges, be creative, initiative to undertake more responsibilities.
6. Excellent skills in organization and coordination, keep good communication with other functions, focus on team working and result oriented.
