The opportunity:

Sets up budgetary control systems and documentation for a project. Prepares forecasts, cost trend reports and monitors cost and commitment to budget and forecast. Coordinates information supplied by estimating, procurement, construction, planning and engineering for cost projections. Reports deviations, underruns and overruns to project managementAnalyzes data to establish the differences in initial estimates and final project costs. A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.


How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide active business partnering to project management, Challenge assumptions, forecasts and execution plans, monitor deviations, Identify risks and opportunities

  • Review Bank Guarantee draft and submission to the bank. 

  • Actively support Sales and Offer Engineering in preparation offenders, including but not limited to scope, pricing, costing, risks and opportunities.

  • Attending Kick of Meeting to review estimated costs.

  • Ensure order booking in line with accounting and reporting guidelines Independently identify areas of improvement, define and execution improvement initiatives with cross functional support.

  • Collecting Lessons Learned and share them in dedicated meeting with the involved départements.

  • Regular closing tasks within assigned area of responsibility.

  • Preparation project closing report on monthly basis and 

  • Present it to the management. 

  • Ensure SOX compliance within assigned area of responsibility.

  • KPI monitoring and calculation

  • Actively contribute to monthly forecasts of Revenues and profits. 

  • Independent preparation and support of annual budgeting.

  • Costs slippage/Costs Overrun Review and Report.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Strong experience in project controlling activities in an industrial manufacturing environment. Ideally in similar manufacturing business.

  • Around 10 years of experience in the field

  • Experience in project and systems business is considered an advantage-

  • Strong leadership skills 

  • Profound know-how of SAP (FI/CO/PS) and MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Qualification: B.com / M.Com / CMA / CPP.
