Power Platform & Data Analytics Specialist

The opportunity:

We are looking for a versatile professional (4+ total experience) to drive digital transformation by developing end-to-end solutions. In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, and BI), Dataverse and SharePoint to build complex business applications and high-impact data visualizations that streamline operations and inform strategic decision making.

How you'll make an impact:

• Design and develop complex Canvas Power Apps with integrated Power Automate workflows, using SharePoint, Dataverse (Data modeling), or SQL as backends.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create interactive Power BI dashboards, performing exploratory analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Propose and guide the team in establishing data storage and retrieval strategies within our Enterprise Data Platform.

• Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, define KPIs, and convert business processes into technical flowcharts and actionable insights.

• Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives, applying statistical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.

• Lead the development lifecycle independently—from design reviews and progress tracking to supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing change requests with full traceability.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in BTech, MCA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in a lead role executing at least 5+ major projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Nice to know SQL Server, including data modeling and complex querying.

• Knowledge on interfacing Power Platform with enterprise software such as SAP and Salesforce.

• While not mandatory, candidates holding the following Microsoft certifications will be given preference: PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (focus on data modeling and visualization). PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (focus on custom code, integrations, and automation). PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (focus on enterprise-level solution design).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
