The opportunity

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and ensuring global program implementation across Hub Europe Service units by securing
adherence to standard processes and driving effective usage of core systems like SAP specific functionalities (e.g. Project module PS), SFDC/FSM and other key initiatives.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Global & Hub program implementation: support global program implementation by ensuring adherence to global processes and solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic programs. Drive effective usage and full adoption of relevant core systems, such as SAP functionalities, Project module (cockpit), Service orders, FSM, One IB, Project Review process

  • Business requirements: engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, synthesizing input from Service units in the Hub to identify needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals for process improvements.

  • Process harmonization and continuous improvement: harmonize business processes across the Hub and with Global BU processes. Support sharing and adoption of best practices to enable continuous improvement and operational excellence, in close collaboration with Hub Quality function. Collect and prioritize business process improvement requirements from local BPOs. Evaluate, document, and submit recommendations for future process changes
    through the demand funnel. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues, implementing measures to prevent re-occurrence. Propose improvements and modifications to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Business process performance monitoring: support implementation of metrics to enhance Business Performance, operational efficiency and Quality. Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor business process performance,
    ensuring accuracy in reporting to stakeholders. Regularly benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
    Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to share insights and develop actionable strategies for continuous enhancement.

  • Data management: manage data practices across the Hub to ensure accurate, consistent data
    management across systems and maintain data integrity and accessibility. Implement standardized processes for data collection, storage, and analysis, while developing data governance frameworks to facilitate informed decision-making and improve operational performance.

  • Communication and training: identify training needs for business processes (e.g. OTD reporting, SAP Project
    module,etc.) and provide support by organizing training sessions and resources to enhance team competency and performance. Effectively communicate training opportunities and updates to ensure all team members are informed and engaged.

  • Change management: act as a change champion by driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes while proactively leading change management by proactively supporting the Service local Teams people. Persuade stakeholders by clearly demonstrating and explaining the rationale behind global processes, effectively communicating the benefits to secure their buy-in and commitment. When needed, proactively search external support, including third-party partners, in order to secure success at key Global & Hub initiatives

Your background 

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in manufacturing or service industry

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights for process improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)

  • Willingness to travel (30 – 40%)
