How you’ll make an impact

1. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; set clear objectives, drive accountability, and foster a culture of safety, integrity, quick response and continuous improvement, also support Feeder Factory business growth, budget achievement, and internal PU (Production Unit) relationship management.

2. You will do oversee demand forecast, supply capacity, quotation, order execution, master planning, project follow-up, FAT arrangement, after-sales coordination and payment collection also act as the primary coordinator for the Feeder Factory within the BU`s S&OP and S&OE processes.

3. You will act as the primary factory interface bridging demand (internal customers/sales) and supply (planning, production, materials, logistics) to align commitments, capacity, and delivery plans also own demand forecasting and demand/supply balancing; maintain rolling forecasts and capacity outlooks to support decision-making and stable production flow.

4. You will identify constraints, material shortages, and delivery risks; drive mitigation plans to protect Customer Contractual On Time Delivery (COTD) and customer satisfaction also lead cross-functional issue resolution and escalation with production, purchasing, quality, logistics, and project management to address delays, schedule changes, and order exceptions.

5. You will define, track, and report core KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, COTD, backlog, revenue vs. budget). Conduct root-cause analysis and drive improvement actions, drive digitalization and data transparency by enhancing planning tools and systems (e.g., ERP/MRP) and utilizing dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for real-time monitoring and ensure all activities comply with external laws and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.

2. Required with 5+ years of working experience in Engineering, project management, order handling, master planning or related roles.

3. Proven experience leading and supervising a team.

4. Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Power BI is a strong plus.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

6. Fluent in written and spoken English.

7. Ability to work under pressure, self-driven, detail-oriented with strong ownership and leadership.
