The opportunity 

Help us elevate mechanical transformer design solutions to the next level. You will join a product team that builds and evolves software supporting critical engineering workflows. You will work side by side with global specialists and use modern engineering practices to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. 

You will contribute to both desktop and web applications used daily by engineers. You will help modernize existing products and shape new ones. You will influence technical decisions and improve how software is built, tested, and delivered. 

You will work in an Agile environment with clear goals and priorities. Code quality, maintainability, and automation matter. Your work will directly support the future of power‑grid technology. 

 

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Design, build, and maintain desktop and web features using .NET and C#. 

  • Develop solutions across WPF, Blazor, and ASP.NET Web API. 

  • Work closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements and scope. 

  • Collaborate with architects and domain experts on technical decisions. 

  • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews. 

  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering practices. 

  • Diagnose and resolve issues across the application stack. 

  • Support team growth through knowledge sharing and mentoring. 

 

Your background 

  • 5+ years of commercial experience with .NET and C#. 

  • Strong knowledge of object‑oriented design and design patterns. 

  • Experience with Blazor, MVVM, and building Web APIs. 

  • Hands‑on experience with automated testing using MSTest, xUnit, or Moq. 

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams. 

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field. 

  • Confidence working in English‑speaking environments. 

  • Experience with Python is a plus. 

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
