Step into a hands-on role where quality drives everything. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that transformer products and components meet the highest standards from start to finish. You’ll be at the center of manufacturing excellence—monitoring, inspecting, and testing materials and products to ensure they meet internal, customer, and industry expectations.

In this role, your work directly supports reliable, high-performing products while minimizing defects and improving processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to root cause analysis, and help shape continuous improvement efforts across the operation. Every inspection, test, and data point you capture will contribute to smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.

Shift: Days; 10-hour shifts; rotating weekends

1st shift: 5:00 AM- 3:00pm

2nd shift can be an option if preferred

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials and components

  • Conduct routine and non-routine inspections throughout manufacturing

  • Execute electrical, mechanical, and visual testing procedures

  • Identify and document defects or non-conformances

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

  • Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and control plans

  • Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols in all activities

Your Background

  • Experience in quality control or assurance in manufacturing

  • Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards

  • Ability to perform inspections, measurements, and product testing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Clear communication skills for documentation and teamwork

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
